The carpets on the second floor clearly needed vacuuming!!! A better air conditioning system would significantly enhance comfort in the humid hotel environment!!! The shower curtain being too short caused unnecessary mess after showers!!!

Friendly and responsive staff.

I left a cup in my room and couldn't retrieve it. The front desk claimed nothing was found, which was very frustrating. Poor communication and lack of assistance made the experience disappointing.

However, I noticed the decor needed updating and the kitchenette lacked some basic supplies like utensils. Despite the cleanliness, I faced issues with the room's humidity. The air conditioning could have worked better. The location was perfect, near restaurants and shops. Overall, it had potential but required some attention to details for a better experience.
